Christian Cafe is a very safe site. They make you aware of any bad members even before you catch them. They are also honest and keep their word. If they say 10 free trial they mean it no gimicks . no games. no trying to insult your integrity by cheating you, or luring you! I am so impressed with the customer service!! You can actually contact them and they honor if you need to budget and not renew. I can't say enough and I am very picky. I have tested and proven them to be what they say they are and more!!!!! It is refreshing to see a site be christian in name and deed.

I like many, many things about your website. I am, however, uncomfortable with posting my picture on a website to be perused over. I would like to do that after I got to know someone. I tried another option which was rejected. I wrote in my profile how I felt about posting a picture and that I was going to put one of my adventure--which is traveling in my Airstream. But these are your rules--I just don't like this particular one. And I cannot bring myself to post a picture. And it is not because of how I look-not at all. I just feel you could provide an alternative. I have told others about your website because I know that some people don't mind posting their picture. I would really rather get to know someone because of the way they write and what they share...and then a picture. I do wish you the best, but I won't be renewing my subscription.

I love Christian Cafe!!The free 7 day trial is really free, and can be extended by 3 more days if you post a photo (which I highly recommend). The site is very user friendly, and I like that you can do searches in all sorts of different ways. I also like that you can send messages within the website and don't have to share your personal information unless you are ready. I was matched with a wonderful man on the night I joined, and we have now been e-mailing for over a month. You should definitely give it a try.

I have had a very good experience using Christian Cafe. I have met several nice people and I have met a wonderful man thru this site. I like Christian Cafe better than any other Christian dating site out there. I have tried ^^^^^ and ^^^^^^^^^^^ I have gotten the best results thru Chrisitan cafe.

I enjoy the fact that most everyone on this site has a faith that is central to their life. This is critical and the format of the profiles is a great way to be introduced to people. I am interested in a special connection, however, and so far haven't found that. I wonder if that kind of relationship can be found on line.

I appreciate being able to connect with people directly, immediately, either through email or IM. Other sites make you wade through a process before you even get to "talk" to a match. I find it so much quicker to be able to chat right away, and determine if you want to continue. I also like that you can write a lengthy statement in each of the essay question boxes. It really allows you to get a much better "feeling" about the people in the way they answer those questions e.g. long and rambly (talkative) vs short and curt (quiet, perhaps aloof or withdrawn).

I really do not have one, there are a lot of out dated profiles. The men just do not seem to want to communicate, but you are not in charge of that. The site is easy to use. This si the second time in some years that I have joined. I did not have any luck here back then and it really does not seem to be working now either.

I like being a member of Christian Cafe, but there are so many members that are just too far away for me. I would like to see a search for members that are no more than 50 miles from me. This would make it possible to actually meet someone, not just email chat.

At first i thought Christian cafe was terrific as i met someone online almost staight away but since that 1hour date i have been sending winks left right and centre with little or no response and am finding i am continually disappointed when checking the site and finding no one has responded.i feel that i may have wasted my $60,00($39.50 which i thought i was paying).I hope things pick up or i won't be rejoining or recommending it to others like i did in the beginning. Are they still out there?

It takes a long time for a message to come to me from the person writing it. Almost no messages are answered. I met my second husband on Christian Cafe and in 2001, it was functioning well. (He died in 2007). Now, almost no one writes.

I am very disappointed in CC. First of all, not interested in anyone without photos and there is no way to specify that in the search. The men who do respond look so much older than my age, and I agree with others who have said we would like to know ACTUAL ages. I am disappointed- I have not seen any men of interest who match what I'm searching for. I will not renew membership.

Christiancafe.com is one of the best dating sites I have used. Not only because of the enormous majority of seemingly "real" and "true" believers that are on this site, but also because of the fact that they are a CHRISITAN OWNED AND OPERATED WEBSITE! No more sifting and surfing through those other sites that take forever to narrow your searching down to what should be one of the most important issues in life...where a person stands on Life after Death and the belief in God...not to mention His infinite mercy and most of all unconditional love He has for each and every human being in the world...wishing that not even one would want to be seperated from Him or the rest of His creation!!! Since God did not intend for "man" to be alone...and how "busy" we all are in this techno-savy world we live in...I thought it might be time to try an alternative method in finding new friends and possible dating options...soooo, I opened a "WINDOW" of opportunity here! I really like the comprehensive profiles on CC. The questions we have to fill out require very detailed answers. Even the "profile particulars" allow a person to view someone and determine easily if they could be a potential match. Then, the short answer questions allow you to describe your Christian walk in enought detail to help others really know what you are like. And, the ability to sort by a number of criteria is terrific. The only thing I don't like -- I wish more over 50 yr old men used the site. :)

Very happy with the site. The quality of people I feel are better as far as truthfulness on their profiles. The only change I would recommend is to change the IM feature so that when someone initiates the IM feature with you, you can see who they are, like caller ID.

I found Christian Cafe to be very easy to use and a very good way to meet people in my area. However, other dating sites have a facility to alert you via email whenever you get mail, and this doesn't happen here. Another useful feature would be to be able to search for members within a certain radius of my home address, as the site is global. The quality of members seems very high - although I think that's often the way when you have to pay for a service!!! All in all I have been very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff and the ease of use, and would definitely recommend the site to friends.

My experience with CC has been fine...entertaining. I did run across a very nasty, inappropriate man and some real insecure...ready to meet me right away types. I think you may want to be open to 'advice' from users...so I am going to share anyway. The chatroom is nuts...I just do not get it and rarely even got a HELLO in there even when I addressed people. Also...why on a Christian Site do you not be more discerning re: pictures? I do not want to see men with no shirt on or a woman named Peppermint in cleavage revealing attire!!! I also feel like in order to keep membership credible. you should not allow phone numbers and alternate emails to be shared quite so easily. There are really cheapbutt people out there taking your Free Trial and gathering phone numbers as quickly as they can. I think the site is attractive as far as its layout and appearance. I will not renew however...not comparable to sites who work hard to really match people. Thank you.

This is not the first time I have joined Christian Cafe. While I have never successfully found a single date, it is an excellent support group for singles trying to find Christian mates. The chat is the best part, giving opportunity to make friends and discuss the frustrations of dating today. I tend to find that most people are older and divorced, making it harder for a never-married woman in her early 30s to find a good match. However, I do find a lot of good friends and solid advice.

I have found that CC is attentivie to scams. They give acurate guidelines. Yet if a member strays , they will eliminate the scammer. I find the way they handle this to be exceptional, compassionate, and Godly!! It is what keeps this site safe and enjoyable. AS far as I can tell CC is so good at stopping the actual scams that the deal is to lure members offsite to yahoo in particular for the actual scam!!! Good work CC!!! raise God!!

I find that most are really believers. Maybe a little Religious for me in their boxes of control (lol) but they do believe in Jesus and perhaps have a good relationship with him. I suggest perhaps they have a box that states.. willing to Relocate or Not! Then we can fly through those and that would reduce the time invested in one who is just tickling their ears!

Very positive environment. Would be nice for chat rooms to offer more options. All other rooms, other than general, are always empty as well. I like the feature of seeing males in your region online. Would like to view males in a search for males in my region, with the option of entering a zip code and options of either 5 miles from, 10, 15, 20, etc.

It is an exellent site. The people who run it give great support. The members are very nice and typically send some type of response. It is easy to navigate. By in large, the men seem to be devot and trustworthy Christians. The people on the prayer forum are very steadfast.

Saddly enough this is this only site out there with a decent amount of singles on it, theres some other sites out there that are easier to use, and a bit more polished but they have no members. In my region theres hardly any members though anyway, the closest active person that shows up on my search is an hour away. Thats pretty sad considering that I live in a metropolitan area.

The site would be much better if more people were on it. As someone in my early to mid-twenties, I've found very few people my age that actually use the site for dating. (Many people will openly say in their profiles that either they're a) seeing someone already and looking for friends, or b) not interested in a relationship, but yet message people anyways). I've also had several occasions where people who are 40+ years older than I am message me asking me out, which, for a Christian site, I don't find at all appropriate. There should be a means to block messages/contact from people meeting certain criteria (age, distance from your own region, etc). It's also frustrating looking for people in your region as "region" is defined as your state/province. In Canada, this is matching me up with people who sometimes live 10+ hours away. I think the site could me much better organized.

I live in WV and have not seen many at all on Christian Cafe that are even close to my geographic area. Guess you have no control over who uses CC, but sure would be nice if you had a way to target more of the WV-VA-MD states, so perhaps more people would get on board.

I love the setup of this site and the general appearance and functionality. However there doesn't seem to be many people interested in interracial dating on this site. I know it's not something that you can control, but it doesn't seem to be very 'Christian'.

I like christian cafe. I have gotten to meet some really nice people. I like the chat room as well because it is a place you can talk to others, have fun or offer or recieve encouragement. I do thinkthat it can attract all types of people and it is up to your own judgement which ones you will talk to. Overall I would recommend it to others.

For the most part I thought this would be a good place to meet people to share ideas with, but many don't even acknowledge that they recieved your communication. The Chat room is an absolute joke. The people were rude, didn't allow anyone new to join their chat, and even discouraged it by sarcastic comments. I am not impressed with this feature at all. The final disappointment is with the sneaky way they automatically renew your subscription and don't let you opt out of it. I will be much more careful in the future when paying for something like this. I would have never renewed my subscription to this site. Overall, the Christian Cafe was not a good experience for me. I could do just as well at the grocery store, maybe even better.

Its an OK site. Wish there were more members. I think if the prices were better there would be more members, and therefore more people would keep their memberships because there is a better chance of meeting someone. After my 3 months are up I will not renew my subscription.

What I've appreciated most in this place is the empathy and prayer support of other members. As well as it being an overtly dating site, it's also and very valuably a group of people supporting and helping each other. People often join sites like this because they've reaching a crisis point and are in 'pain'. I was in that state when I joined and I found people so understanding and comforting. The site's sometimes a bit slow loading - but then that could be my dodgy computer. I recommend the site and all it's trying to do

It seems that there is mainly the same men that are on the CC website not too many new ones. It is good you do give the trial times as then people who have left do come back to respond. Most of the people are open and honest, I know it is hard to filter out the guys who are just wanting a date and would like to meet many women. The website has been okay but I have not found someone that I would really be serious with. Thanks for the efforts and that at least you are trying to have a good christian website to meet other christians. Your website is easier to manage than other christian website. I really WANT to love CC. The site has so many great features, and knowing that you're supporting a Christian company is a plus. The customer service is outstanding, and they are great about weeding out scammers and responding to questions. But trying to find someone in your own state, let alone your own city is a challenge. Trying to find someone in your own state and your own city who is even close to your age who writes back.....an even bigger challenge. I applaud the creators of this site. They've really done a fabulous job and deserve the money that's going to the competition. But it's awfully frustrating to see the limited number of profiles on the site. And that's really a shame.

It is hard to find good dating service which caters to Single Christians. First I liked the policies. These are based on Christian values. Second, I liked the organization of the website. I find good candidates easily. One point of improvement. I totally dislike the colour scheme of the website. It is distracting and the colours are drabby. Overall a nice website to meet great Christian Singles all over the world.

I have tried other sites online...ones that seem to be fancier..have fancier ads and blather on about their research and 29 levels of compatibility, but I have to say that in the short time I have tried christian cafe...I really really like it. It is so much more user friendly, you can really get to know someone by profile...and it is so much less constrictive! I like that I can see if my msg was read and when, that someone can instant message me, or just send a wink..I like that you can do your own searches and do your own communication. Wow..I really like this site

THis is a great site for meeting people and a good way to chat with Christians all over the world. It is easy to use and one of the most honest without fancy ways for determing matches. The onus is on the member to find what they seek. There are a good number of women, especially from the larger cities and states like California. Most of the correspondence I have had has been good. I have not had any realy horror stories. People seem courteous and sincere. There are difficulties with the long distance relationships. However, this is a members choice. The IM system is great, but you have no idea who is sending until they're in your face. Often, it can be someone who really is no match for you at all, but someone who simply wants to chat. Overall, a great site, I've tried 3 or 4, Christian ones and this is still the best.

Overall, the site is OK. I have talked with quality people (haven't met anyone yet). The inboxes (sent and inbox) are cumbersome and it is difficult to keep track of whom emailed whom last, etc... I will not renew when my 3 months is up.

I think Christian Cafe is great. It has a lot of members and has a great search engine! One thing I think could be improved is the number of photos it allows you to have. Wayn.com, for example allows a lot of photos (not just max of 3) and also the option for music and video! It also allows you the option to customise the apparence of your profile page... the standard look of the site is quite nice... but an option to choose your own skin for your profile page, would be even better! Sorry, I couldn't help but compare it to ^^^^^ as I'm also a member there. Other than that I'm very happy with the site! Regards, Aaron

I have not been that impressed with this site. I think the cost is too high for one. Also, there are so many people on here that are not very christian minded for instance, a guy wrote in special comments what his shoe size was...now we all know what that means, that belongs on Yahoo dating, not here. There are many like that. It is a big red flag for me to see a guy check the catagory, "just christian" for his denomination and then check, attend occassionally. I don't understand why they are allowed on, or for that matter why those choices are available. At one point I had a picture of me and my daughter posted who is early 20's. I stated which one I was. I received so many emails asking if they could meet her or how hot my daughter was. I'm sorry, there are some good people on here, but to make people believe they are coming to this completely "christian" website to meet "christian singles", should be stated w/ a disclaimer that there are wolves in sheeps clothing too.

I have seen worse sites, but I have not really had much success and I have used the site as a paid member a couple of times. I have also used it as a trial member. I think they have some good features but the selection of profiles is not always very appealing. I have noticed that men check out my profil then they do not write and they are more apt to send a wink. I am sorry but I just do not respond to winks and I wish sites would do away with that altogether. How do I know if they have even read my profile or if they just liked my picture and sent a wink. That is creepy to me. I think they also should find better ways to match people up. They do not have a personality test or many questions to use for deep matching, yet they charge jsut as much as sites that do have these things.

I'm surprised that since I've been a paying member (this is the 2nd time I've been one) I haven't gotten one single man sent to my in box. I'm referring to the past few weeks now. I haven't heard one word. I don't know how to get in touch with Customer Service and probably wouldn't even want to. I'd just like more generation of singles in my direction. I'm hearing nothing from them. On a positive note they do allow free time from time to time that you can use just long enough to peek ones curiosity.

Christian cafe is a fairly easy to use site. Sometimes it is frustraiting to move from reviewing a profile to go back to the search. When you add someone as a friend or wink, you cannot always go back to their profile easily. I feel like I spend more time navigating rather than exploring potential dates.

I have never wanted to do the online dating thing. I've seen some other websites including one that claims to match you based on x number of character traits. I've tried that and it didn't work for me. The matches were still way off. With Christian Cafe, I can go in and read everyone's profiles and know right from the beginning where they are spiritually and what their personality is like. I have met so many nice people on the Cafe already. In fact, the biggest problem with the Cafe is there are too many choices. I've heard members say, and I agree, that it's hard to get a relationship off the ground because there's so many nice people there. We tend to jump from person to person without really giving one relationship the time it needs to really take off. The website has some great features like "Who's Viewed Me" and "Chat". Love it! All in all, Christian Cafe is by far the best dating website out there for Christians who are serious about finding a Christian mate.

I live in Texas, and when I search I get the whole state. That's too large an area. I need to be able to search by region or metropolitan area for the searches to be viable. It's not realistic to chat with someone who is 700 miles from my location.

There are many fine people at the CC. I have made several friends through this site. I have found the CC to be the best of the "Christian" sites. Many claim to be Christian, but I have to question them. Being in the 50+ bracket brings a wide range of people. Unfortunately, many are scammers. (It must be a thing with scammers that single women over 50 have money.) This is not the fault of CC, but, from personal experience I can tell you that the CC monitors the members. CC has been very helpful with the reports that I have made to them - deleting the scammer(s) accounts and confirming to me that I was correct. The integrity of the CC is important to the CC staff, and to those of us using the site. Be sure to read the safety & scam tips. The links are on the main page. The ability to sort by zip code and state (country) would be very helpful.

Christian Cafe appears to be a good site, but I have not found that many males who are professional and established in may age group. It would be a better site if they were able to help match singles based on their profiles like eharmony. Eharmony just cost way too much. Not sure I will renew my membership again, as when I renewed, I found nothing is any different. They need to have their site to where you can type in at least a 100 miles in distance and more than just one state to search for a match. Respectfully

I have been a member of Match, Love and Seek and tried Yahoo Personals. But Christian Cafe is the place where I don't have to make excuses for my faith and am able to look for the same sincerity in men. However I have met a couple of very dishonest guys. But it's the internet. Anybody can be who they want to be. Christian Cafe is the only dating site that I would recommend to friends even though I'm not sold out on the idea of internet relationships.

I have been on and off of the ChristianCafe a few times. Although I have not met anyone special to start a serious relationship with, I have met very genuine Christian people. This is not a site where you think you are going to meet a Christian person and find out they are no where near seeking after Christ. I'm sure everyone is at a different level, however it is a relief to know that the people I have met always seem to talk about Christ quickly into our converstations. That is refreshing to know. I have tried other sites and the ChristianCafe tops them. The ChristianCafe is a wonderful place to meet people. I am currently corresponding with someone of mutual interest. I don't know where it will go, but I am enjoying myself and look forward to continuing on ChristianCafe if things don't work out with the current person I am with. The EASE of using the cafe is wonderful. I would recommend my friends or anyone to give ChristianCafe a try. You won't be sorry.

CC has better than average members, but I'm in the 31-35 age group and most of the mail I get is from folks in the 46 and over group, or those with no pictures. I like other sites where only those w/pics posted can email or view other pics. The price is competitive with other sites and overall I like the look and feel of of CC. I also like that you can choose whether or not to receive winks, et. al. options. The CC folks are quick to post pics and I like that you can post and preview your profile immediately. I just wish I could get more responses from guys in the 31-45 age group. Also I wish they had some standards on photos where only photos w/visible faces can be posted, not pics of guys whitewater rafting where you can't see them, or worse, pics w/ guys standing next to other women.

I wish the site displayed people's actual age instead of just an age range, and that the provinces and cities were not lumped together. I haven't gotten any responses to winks or emails, so I'm not sure what impression I'm giving, but it seems rather pointless to continue to pay for a service which is having no results.

I am really pleased with Christian Cafe. Having subscribed to a pricier, more popular and well-advertised singles site (yes, you know what it is:), I much prefer Christian Cafe's "community," and the way that we can interact with each other freely. I'm a commited Christian and have met several equally dedicated believers. I've gotten good customer service and the price is better than the more popular site. I also checked out some other sites that cater to Christian singles but found them kind of dodgy in design--scruffier somehow. The way that Christian Cafe organizes my profile and lets me view others' works well for me.

The CC site is easy to operate but lacks some search power. It does however give the opportunity to complete short answers relevant to faith... and perhaps encourage those not as far along on that path. I've tried many dating sites, including quite a few Christian ones, and Christian Cafe gives you more for your money than most others, as well as more protection from frauds. I really appreciate all of the extras they provide and the ease of searching. I truly prefer being able to see the details about people, including the written words, which help a lot in determining who someone is.

I like the fact you have control over who you would like to talk to instead of waiting and paying for a people to be sent to you. I also like the fact there is post a prayer for others to agree with you before the Father in heaven. It is prayer that changes things. But it seems to be the same people daily, so that is a bit much. Maybe a limit on how many times a week would give others the opportunity to share real concerns. There aren't many in my area or actually people I would want to be romantic with, but I have developed a few nice friendships. With any dating situation you have to be patient and wait for who is right for you, and be discerning. I've had a few clingy types. Just because you're a Christian doesn't mean you have to put up with advances from someone who believes "God told them you're the one!" The scam problem is out of control. I get at least 2 a day from those who are clearly lying and not part of the cafe.

I think if you want down to earth people with lives CC is a good place to connect. It is easy to find ways to connect with others, the standard searches, but also the Instant Messaging feature that allows you talk right away. CC's best feature is the ability to turn off or on privacy settings from the "wink" option to the city you ar in. I think the ability to set privacy setting makes it one of the best.

This is a good site, and the pricing is OK if you buy 6 months or a year at a time. The monthly rate is a bit steep. The members on this site are better than average, although most of them are not paying members and once their trial expires they can do NOTHING on the site. It would be nice if there was a free membership where people could at least still look at other's profiles and see who is trying to contact them, then make them pay to read and respond to emails. There are so many women on there that I would like to contact, but the vast majority of them are no longer active.

I have only been to two Christian dating sites that have been worthwhile: Christian Cafe and eHarmony. I tried Big Church, but forget it. Some sites will let just anybody in. At Christian Cafe I find there are genuine guys who love the Lond are willing to write back. This is in my own age group of 50+. I am not so sure about the younger folks, say, 20s and 30s. I think that age group tends to be a rather too open-minded for its own good, and I was glad my own son, age 25, chose eHarmony so they could match him more precisely. My problem with eHarmony is they are too expensive, want too much $$ in one chunk, and keep sending me matches that are already in relationships! GRRR! The problem at both places is that in my age group, 50+, I find the men are looking for someone they probably will never find: a Proverbs 31 woman who is also gorgeous with a perfect figure!???! At our age? After bearing and raising kids, and working our fingers to the bone all these years? Please!

I think this is a great site to meet christian singles. Yes their are a few guys who are not saved, but the majority are. I was a paid member until a few months ago, then after I left, the cafe send me five free days last week , and then this week they send me five more free days. Unfortunately I haven't met anyone that I have connected with these past five days, but I still think christian cafe is the best place to meet christian singles. The thing I've found is that the people so far have been decent, and above average as to the % of responses. The thing I really don't like, is you cannot search by area or specific age. I can look at northern CA, but then I must sort and try and find the Cities near me, but I cannot under any circumstances search a specific city or zip code. The other thing is ages. They have pre- determined age groups such as 25-30 and 31-35. I'd personally like to search for 27-32 but there is no way to do that either. I think with some fine tuning it could be a good site, but frankly, it's not there yet.

You are not notified of emails so you have to check frequently. IM chats are very delayed. I have written a lot of emails and sent serveral winks and have only recieved three replies. Profiles are questionable as to how honest people really are. This is my second try with CC. I thought I would give it another chance and paid for three months. Lighting will have to strike if I am going to continue. Sometimes I wish people were blind so looks would not be the deciding factor.

They do a great job of operating within Christian guidelines. While the site itself is kinda warm & fuzzy, there are some problems. People don't write back! Maybe this is why they are single- they're irresponsible in relationships? I'm not unattractive, & I have my head on right, so I don't think it's me. But this isn't CC's fault. There's no way to target your search for your city. Others have written that there aren't enough people from their area on this site. This is not the fault of CC. They can't MAKE people from Hoboken sign up. I'm not convinced people can get together on the internet, despite the success stories. What percentage of failures are there? There's no substitute for face to face, heart-level sharing. But... If you want to try something that is proven to work, check out a book titled, "Saturday Night at The Open Door Cafe (authorhouse.com). I know it works because I did it ! TWENTY people met their mate at my house & I was in some of their weddings!

I have enjoyed one month of emailing Christian men at Christian Cafe. These are men that I would not be meeting (by email, so far) otherwise. It's hard to meeting eligible men in church, and this is one way to try to connect up. The men seem very sincere in their profiles, a good quality of people. I am glad that I joined. The quick facts on each member's profile are very relevant and helpful; much more so than e-harmony profiles. I am disappointed in the quality of members however. In 11 months there have only been 5 matches out of the 1,000's of alleged members that have a picture posted, are within a decade of my age, professional, don't make significantly less than I, would accept my one child and live in my state! (I am not limiting my matches by race, denomination, number of children, interests etc.). PLEASE TELL CC TO MARKET TO PROFESSIONALS!!!

I honestly believe that Christian cafe is one of the best sites around. It is indeed a community. Its not just for dating. You get to meet good quality christians from all over the world. The Post a prayer venue is fantastic. I also appreciate the christian conferences you get invited to. The customer service is commendable too. The free trial period is a good way to acclimatize yourself where there are no restrictions unlike other sites. They are quick to respond to any queries you have and accommodate you when they can. I appreciate the good 'policing' and monitoring as well. You feel safe while using the site. I wholeheartedly recommend this as one of the best sites, especially for christians.

I am honestly trying to find fellow single friends and potential dates. I find at times that I ask for it to return certain profiles but I find others in the mix I didn't want. The Christian Cafe Dating site is the only one I would use because it is a real Christian Site with quality Christian members. I think how Christian Cafe achieves this high rating of success is through their questions they ask in building your profile, the Christian features i.e. post a prayer, and the nice artwork background and Pastor Christian Advice button, and direction in their statements such as, "be honest this is a Christian Site, etc". Basically the over all feeling one gets using the site is this is a sincere site that gives the user hope they will meet a sincere Christian and that finally they feel God is directing them here. my only real complaint so far is that the IM process is difficult to deal with ... other sites immediatley send your picture and contact request to the person you want to talk to and offer that person a choice to either talk now, talk later, or not at all. The service is laid out very very nicely. Its easy to use and the design and colors are fantastic. Its warm and inviting. The problem for me is that for some reason people don't seem to want to touch base very much. I dont know if its because they've tried for awhile and nothing happened for them so they no longer even check for interests or if its simply the quality of the members that have joined. I was disappointed with my experience overall. Great thing is - I've found a very nice guy off the site and we're doing great! I'm not sure that once members' subscriptions have expired that their profiles and info have been deleted. I've noticed some have not responded online for months. Shouldn't they be put on hold? I LOVE this site! I have never met so many like-minded single male believers in one place. The site is easy to use and is put together in the perfect way to meet people. I like the winking, instant messenging, automated responses, and so much more. It is very creative and effective. In one week, I have already met someone that lives 10 minutes away from me with a perfect background. This site weeds out people who are not believers, which is my biggest challenge in dating. I like that the level of their spirituality is stated and so much more. I think the fact that the site is run by Christian people makes all the world of a difference! We as Christians know what values are primarily important, and the site conveys them well. I even like how the site promotes good ethics in terms of behavior and use with the site, another part of being a Christian. This has really been an answer to my prayer, as I was completely against dating on the internet before hearing about this. Thanx

BIGGEST NEEDS: (1) You can only search by state so lots of the people that come up in the searches are not near. And then even when you scan through the list, only about half of them even show what city/town the person is from so you have no idea if they're in your geographical area. Most sites let you pick the number of miles from your zip code you are interested in finding people. It's hard to believe they don't have this at CC. (2) More paying members. I have a very wide age range I'll look at - about 8 years younger or older - and even with that there are relatively few people. That said, the quality of the few people on the site has been very good. I'm more interested in the average woman on CC (at least based on the profles) than on the secular sites I've been on. But if I rated the membershp based on quantity and quality, I'd give only 2 stars. If they could get a bunch more people, and search/sort by geographical distance, the site would be great.

I have mixed feelings about this site. First, I think it is way more expensive than it has to be, or even for what you get. Second, the people have a great tendency to not be polited enough to just say "thanks, but not interested". I have found some friends so far, but that is about it.

I realize I am 62, however there are limited gentlemen in my age range. You don't even have a range for over 60. I am an active widow. I love being married and all the joy that comes with it. I have asked men, on the site what they think a Proverbs 31 wife would be like. Answer "I don't know exactly, probably, herself" Does that mean there are men close to my range in years, who say they are long time Christians and they do not know such a simple text reference. This has happened 6 times. It is wonderful to have a Christian site such s Christian Cafe, however where is the depth after the profile is written. Photos must be a requirement, and not blurry. Please set some standards. Let us add more photos.

So far, I am not impressed with this site at all. It's not that easy to do searches that you can narrow down locally. Most of the people I've contacted so far, either don't write back at all or write back once or twice and then you never hear from them again. I thought since this is a Christian dating site, that people would be more considerate, but so far, I don't think so. Also, most of the older men on the site are looking for women a lot younger than they are. So, for a middle aged woman using this site, I have been very disappointed so far. I would not reccomend this site to anyone at this time.

It appears that the males on your site just sit back and wait for the females to contact them. I had one male contact me and I did meet him once however, we did not click. With so many guys on your site, it is a shame they don't make an effort to make contact. The age group I am in did not have girls calling guys or asking for a date. I'm very disappointed.

I was initially pleased with the site. However, I have noticed that the men I found attractive either never responded or perhaps their signup had expired. I think that the pictures and profiles of those that aren't paid and active should be removed immediately so that we are deceived. I don't like being used as bait for those you are trying to get to buy a package.

The thing that I like about this site is that it lets you (the member) have lots of control. I.E., control to view, pick, and contact potential women. I also like the way photos are easily viewed and the ability to manuver easily through the site.

Many of the men on the CC site claim to be "Born Again" and state that Jesus is the center of their lives. They then go on to tell you how they're not interested in women over a certain age, they're inconsiderate in not even acknowledging that a woman has taken her time to write to them, and, in general, don't show much in the way of common manners. I'm not a raving beauty, but I think I'm attractive enough to muster up some interest; however, that hasn't been the case on this website, and I question the motives of a good number of its male members.

I have used Christian Cafe off and on for the last five years, and there is a reason I keep coming back: this website is wonderful. No matter what dating site you try, you'll always have periods of dry spells for potential mates, people won't respond to your e-mails, and people lie about who they are. That's not exclusive to the Cafe. What's great is that the Cafe keeps people coming back, they offer a solid support system for single Christians, places for prayer requests, and the opportunity to meet lots of great people. The staff are wonderful and quickly help you resolve whatever issue you may be having. No other site that I have found has a more active Christian singles database, and they work hard to keep it that way. None of us know what outlet God will use to bring that special person into our lives. I have met lots of great guys on the Cafe, some dating potential and some have become my best friends. Either way, the cafe delivers exactly what it promises, and then some.

The only issues I have with CC are that #1 the site is very glitchy and takes a while to load pages (navigation), and #2 you really can't narrow your searches down to any particular city or area.

Christian.Cafe.Com is the best and serious site that I have being visited. I Never found a site that gives few days and changes to people as the policy that sometimes give 5 days free for the people that do not have membership. The Staff is excellent and professional. I sent a couple of e-mails to them, they taked care to answer me inmediatly. The member in ChistianCafe are good people, decent and serious. All the site offer honest, sincere and professional services, I am divorce since 12 years, and before to know ChristianCafe I got my profile in other sites, but I never found moral, high quality, honor, sincere, class and more qualities that ChristianCafe.Com has. I've found that this particular site is great in the sense that all levels of faith; beginner, intermediate and advanced can connect with people who share the same values, etc. It offers all denominations so that one could pick and choose whether he or she is looking for a specific denomination or who is open to exploring another area of Christianity with a partner. Many of the members are respectful and kind regardless of their denominations and I highly recommend the site to all Christians who are seeking friendships or deeper relationships where faith is held paramount in their lives.

I was a trial member off and on for a year or so and then I joined not too long ago. The one thing I have often wondered is if there is a way for CC to delete or highlight those that haven't been on in a long time or maybe highlight the active members. I don't want to waste my time emailing someone if they don't plan on coming back online and I dont want to have to wade through them. I don't have time for that, truthfully. I've been on CC in years past and met lots of pen-pals, then stopped for a couple of years. Some of the men that responded when I first joined up again in May were more interested in my blonde friend that was in the picture with me. I'm extremely disappointed in this site. I've been dealing with Christian Cafe on and off for a couple of years-and nothing's changed. The same people are online, it's hard to contact people. The one's who do make contact are always "hiding" information. Ihad to go in a round about way to get a man to admit he had no job, or car-and he was married 3x's!! why are you looking for a wife????? I feel stupid for paying $35 for nothing. Not saying it's not possible, but I find it hard to believe this site has as many "success stories" as they've posted. It could be also, that the quality of people is lower since i'm older-39yrs old. The site should be called "Christian Resource"-not dating. It's good resource for prayer, trip information, books, scammer information etc. It's terrible when it comes to meeting like-minded Christians This is the last time I'll pay.

I was told by a friend to try the site because there were so many great people. First of all, the number of people I found attractive was very minimal, and the ones that did seem like I wanted to get to know them, were last online a LONG time ago, leading me to believe that they were trial members. Maybe its more for the people age 25 and up, but for anybody 18-24, the pickings are pretty slim. I don't mean to judge, but honestly, most of the people that sent me mail or winks...were kind of the home-schooled, nerdy, not in touch with reality kind of people, and that's not really my style.

However ,the short answers part should be filled out because if you can't take the time to fill it out, its possible you aren't really interested. I've been on several sites until I found this one and basically its the same, approx. 3% reply back. You would think that being Christian there would be more sincerity than that. This site has come the closest to identification of "Christian". It is easily accessible. I couldn't get E-harmony down-loaded, and another one barely recognizes the importance of whether one is a Christian or not...Keep up the good work!

Christian cafe is excellant christian web site; profiles are easy to read; questionares arent too long and they have this good quik match option; and you do get frequent responses. I believe most on the Cafe are true christians and desire to meet other single christians. I thought photos were too large and should have option to crop or reduce size of photos. I would recommend this site to others.

I recently joined Christian Cafe and have found it helpful in searching for friendship and a potential life partner with sometime with similar Christian values and interests. I joined a Christian dating service because I am looking for someone with honesty and integrity. I have made several contacts already and hopefully the persons who showed an interest in my profile will be interested in building upon that initial "wink". While CC is modern in terms of being a computer-based dating service, it is a bit old-fashioned and I like that too. I don't think I've been winked at so much in all my life! It did take a bit of nerve for me to try computer dating. I don't think it is true that a dating service is for socially incompetent people but rather for people who are tired of dating less than honest persons. So I thought --Why not be upfront from the start? I have nothing to lose and might be pleasantly surprised too? So that's my mustard seed type of faith in a nutshell.

For a site supposedly geared to Christians, I was appalled by the number of males listing specific physical criteria a woman must match before they would even consider communicating with them. Would it improve my matches if I let it be known before a man can contact me he needs to be at least six feet tall and able to form a sentence? (Punctuation and grammar count).

Good Morning, I am going to drop my subscription to Christian Cafe Dating because there are not enough men that subscribe from W. Washington in my age catagory 60-70. I signed up because I want to meet a practicing Christian, and Christian Cafe seemed to be that, but I have not been successful. you get to meet people, but many members dont respond at all. most people dont seem very interesting to be gin with but i'd at least give them a benefit of the doubt by meeting them rather than judge them by their lack of profile only.

It's been a good experience ...I just wish people that are much older than me would realize that it's not okay to contact someone that much younger than them.. Maybe Christian cafe and other online dating sites need to have the options of choosing to be contacted only by those in your age range?

I went on the cafe for fellowship, friends, and I have found some lovely people who Ive met because I have posted prayers on theprayer page. Men and women. I have found support and a willingness to pray fo rme. I have also met some nice people who have emailed me there also. I reccommend this site, as its a good mix of people worldwide, and the majority Ive been written seem okay. Im enjoying my time and especially the fellowship vis the prayer page who seem more geunine, as isay Im seeking friends not a relationship prioroty.

This site has disappointed me. I have not received messages, matches, and anything from anyone I would be interested in. I am disappointed that I paid for this service. I am not getting what I had hoped for and wasted my money. I am not unattractive or uninteresting so there shouldn't be a problem. But this site does not put any effort into appeasing its members.
